Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Remove A Mango-Sized Lipoma From A Woman's Arm

  • In her newest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper removed a mango-sized lipoma from a woman’s arm.
  • The lipoma is so large it actually looks like a deltoid muscle, per Dr. Pimple Popper
  • Lipomas are benign tumors made of fatty tissue.

If you’re a Dr. Pimple Popper fan, you likely have a favorite type of bump for her to pop (some people, for example, love a good blackhead pop, while others prefer a gooey, squirting cyst).

Turns out, Dr. Pimple Popper has a favorite type of pop too—and it’s on full display in her newest Instagram video. “It’s not a deltoid muscle, ok?” Dr. Pimple Popper wrote to caption the video, shared Sunday night. “My favorite kind of lipoma POP.”

Here’s the kicker, though: You actually have to click on the video to see how huge this lipoma is (it’s just a black square on her grid). And you’ll have to immediately pick your jaw up off of the floor once you see it (you’ll get the deltoid muscle reference too). Right away, the video shows a woman’s arm with a massive bulge on the side of it.

The lipoma—which is essentially just a benign, fatty tumor—is so stinking big that it looks like the woman had to be put under anesthesia for the procedure. Dr. Pimple Popper doesn’t waste any time getting down to business: In the next shot, the patient’s arm is sliced open, and the lipoma is in clear view.

“How will I pull it out, girls?” Dr. Pimple Popper asks her assistants before sticking her fingers in the woman’s arm to start feeling around.“Pop it out,” someone whispers in the background. “I’m trying,” the doctor responds, as she tugs away.

She snips away at a few things and then starts tugging with her fingers—and soon, a lipoma the size of a potato pops right out. “That was awesome,” Dr. Pimple Popper says, as people start cheering. I mean, fair. That was seriously a feat. “Don’t’ let it fall!” the doctor warns.

If that wasn’t enough for you, the entire thing playsthe play the whole thing again for you in slow motion. But that’s not it: In the next video (yep, there are two separate videos in this post), you see the same lipoma pop out again, and the doctor starts snipping at the base. “Look at that thing!” she says, as she cuts the potato-slash-cyst. “That’s pretty cool.”

After she gets the entire thing out, you can see the doctor showing off the cyst to the patient. “It’s actually heavy,” she says. Then, because this is Dr. Pimple Popper, she tries to get the patient to associate it with a food. “It looks like a chicken cordon bleu,” the doctor says. Someone else suggests a mango, which the patient seems to agree with.

“That is so crazy!” the patient blurts out. Agreed, patient, agreed.
