Take one quick scroll through Pinterest for cocktail recipes, and you’ll notice four summer cocktail trends this month: They’re colorful and color-changing, thanks to an Asian tea called butterfly pea flower tea that starts blue and transforms into a lavender hue once mixed with lemon (it’s magical); they’re healthier, embracing fresh, seasonal ingredients such as strawberries; they’re sugar bombs, with some topped with cotton candy, Starburst, and other sweet treats; and some even nix the alcohol altogether.
