The Friends and Family sale has very few restrictions, only asking that you spend at least $35 to take advantage of the 25 percent off discount. Aside from that, only a few items seem to be off limits from the discount, including newer launches like the Watermelon Brightening Serum and the Kush High Volume Mascara. As far as makeup and skin care that is on sale?
