It’s hard to believe that it’s been 19 years since Mandy Moore’s first single “Candy” rose to the top of the music charts. The 34-year-old Garnier spokesperson and star of NBC’s This Is Us looks just as fresh-faced and flawless as she did when she first came into the spotlight.
