Aussie Mum's Jaw-Dropping 8 Week Post-Baby Transformation

Many women worry about regaining their pre-baby body after giving birth but Queensland fitness blogger, Tammy Hembrow, is inspiration to us all. She shared these amazing pictures on Instagram just two months after giving birth “it’s truly incredible what the human body can do.”

Tammy credits her toned stomach to ‘eating clean’ immediately after giving birth. She gave her Instagram followers an important message “To love yourself and your body in every stage in your life. Everybody is different and you should never compare yourself to others. But if you give your body the love, exercise, and nutrition it deserves, you will reap the rewards.”

Ok guys. So the before photos were taken when I first got home from hospital a few days after the birth and the after photos were taken just over a week ago at 3 weeks postpartum – I'm not allowed to workout yet but I've been eating clean and I trained throughout my entire pregnancy except for the last couple of weeks as I had some complications. I've lost A LOT of muscle but I'm pretty happy with my postpartum body so far ! So many women think you can't get your body back after pregnancy but this just isn't true.
