At her heaviest, Lindsay Melville tipped the scales at 25st 1lb.
The 36-year-old had struggled with her size for years and tried many weight loss plans in the past.
She decided it was time to lose weight when she had to sleep with an oxygen mask.
Lindsay, from Kent, started following the LighterLife plan and has now lost a whopping 13st 3lbs.

Speaking about her transformation, she said: “I have struggled with my weight on and off for years.

“Social events can also be challenging at first, but once I learned to make a plan and stick to it, they became easier and I learned to enjoy them again.”
LINDSAY MELVILLE’S DIET BEFORE:
Breakfast: At home a huge bowl of cereal then toast with butter and lashings of jam. Or if on the run, a sausage sarnie with loads of ketchup.
Lunch: Loads of carbs that were laid on for our training courses at work. Sandwiches, pizza etc.
Dinner: All takeaway or ready meals. Lasagne and chips with a bag of crisps) then a trifle or chocolate dessert.
Snacks: Crisps, cocktail sausages and ketchup, chocolate hobnobs type sweets
LINDSAY MELVILLE’S DIET AFTER:
Breakfast: LighterLife porridge. Or salmon, egg and avocado for a weekend treat.
Lunch: Veggie omelette/salad/chicken/soup.
Dinner: Homemade meals and using all the LighterLife management recipes
Snacks: Homemade dips and crudités, fruit and nuts. A protein bar or shake for a pre or post workout.
