Vegan Cream

Vegan cream filling for cakes

You want to create vegan cakes, then you need a cream to chocolate the as needed, vanilla or fruit creams cannot be transformed. You can make such a cream as is the case with our chocolate-cherry-cake of Silken tofu, finely mashed, with, Agar Agar, slightly thickened and with vanilla is refined. The cream is soy free, then you can use our universal cream made from cashew nuts, which we introduce further down in the Desserts. It is used as a custard cream, for example, in our strawberry cake.

Vegan Milk

That you can produce milk from plant-based ingredients, has long been nothing New. Usually it is soy-buys-, oat-, rice -, or almond drinks in the trade. However, you can make the drinks very easy. The advantage is that it is not heated then preserved (ultra high), but the fresh food is.

Almond milk is particularly quick and easy. For this purpose, one mixes water with the almonds (with skin or white almonds) or Almond butter and – if desired-for-Sweet – pitted dates. The result can be sieved or simply a drink.

  • Hemp milk with turmeric
  • Almond milk
  • Oat milk (the recipe will appear soon)

Vegan Ice Cream

When craving ice cream this can be made easily vegan, and above all things in a healthy quality, such as our three cherry-ice-cream-recipes. In the simplest variant, frozen fruits are mixed with creamy and even sweetened as well as with, for example, ginger, cocoa, or lemon, finely flavored.

White Almond butter, you can make healthy ice cream creamier, as in our pineapple ice cream recipe you will find with a lot of additional information to the basic ice cream here.

Vegan Desserts

Vegan Desserts are easy to make from vegan cream, vegan yogurt and vegan cheese. All of these foods, there are long-finished products (mostly soy-based) in the trade. They taste very good in General, however, most of the finished products – highly processed and therefore not be used so often. A delicious Dessert from the above-mentioned vegan ready-made products (for example, from Soyana;) is this refreshing lime-yogurt-cream.

If you want to restore the Desserts preferring to completely self, our vegan universal cream. It consists of only four ingredients: cashew nuts, water, psyllium seed shell powder and lemon juice. Everything is vigorously mixed, and can be processed according to wish – sweet or savoury. Two examples of sweet variations you find the same the following, examples for savoury sauces and Dressings in the next sections:

  • Vegan Vanilla Cream

The multipurpose cream can be made in advance. You put in a good closing-resistant container and kept until further use in the refrigerator. Within a week, however, it should be used.

Vegan Dressings and sauces

Also Dressings (for example, our orange-walnut Dressing) and sauces (such as our vegan garlic-herb sauce for asparagus or the spicy barbecue sauce with Chili is very easy to from the universal cream.

Our vegan Bechamel sauce is prepared on the Basis of almond milk and Almond butter.

Vegan Dips, and Mayonnaise

Dips and mayonnaises are also vegan quality are produced, according to your wishes either soy-based, almond-based or with the help of our universal cream. Of course, you could also take sunflower seeds or hulled hemp seeds as a base.

  • Vegan garlic cream universal cream
  • Vegan Tzatziki (on the Basis of Silken tofu)
  • Vegan garlic dip (made with white almonds, oats, cream, non-dairy milk, psyllium seed shell powder, lemon juice, garlic, lovage, and parsley)
  • Vegan Mayonnaise, soy milk, Oil, and spices

Vegan Butter and Margarine

The Margarine Bio-Alsan tastes very butter similar, so less to Margarine as a lot of other Margarines, and can be transformed, therefore, very good in a vegan herb butter.

From only three ingredients Margarine can also easily make your own. This can be used for baking uses.

Vegan Cheese

Vegan Cheeses are very versatile. You need only a few ingredients, and is associated with the production of no effort.

  • Vegan Parmesan Cheese (Pine Nuts, Oatmeal, Precious Yeast Flakes, Salt,)
  • Vegan Mozzarella cheese (made from cashew nuts, water, psyllium seed shell powder, lemon juice and salt – refrigerate overnight)
  • Vegan Feta cheese (Tofu overnight with lactic acid bacteria to ferment, one more night and then in Oil and herbs to marinate)
  • Vegan Cream Cheese (Cashews, Soy Milk, Yeast Flakes, Margarine)
  • Vegan Herb Cream Cheese (Cashews, Almond Milk, Agar Agar, Lactic Acid Powder, Spices)
  • Vegan cheese for melting (white Almond butter, water, precious yeast flakes)

Vegan Egg

Even a kind of scrambled eggs can be conjured up in the vegan kitchen. Here you have the choice of whether one uses Tofu as a base, or chickpea flour. A special ingredient is Kala Namak, the so-called sulfur salt, which gives the Tofu or the chickpea flour, the Egg flavor. But without sulfur, salt, and with delicious spices, the vegan taste of scrambled eggs delicious.

  • Without Sulfur Salt (Tofu, Silken Tofu, Tomatoes, Lupin Meal)
  • Without sulfur, salt (only with normal Tofu)
  • With sulfur salt (soy-free, made from chickpea flour)

You need a binder for cakes, pasta or other recipes in which the traditional kitchen eggs are used in the vegan kitchen many possibilities that can be used to replace the Egg easily.

Vegan fish and vegan Sushi

While there are already longer vegan meat-replacement products, in terms of fish still nothing comparable available. With a few Tricks, however, and very simple ingredients, a fish similar in taste to conjure up.

For Sushi, the typical nori sheets (seaweed) to give the desired fish based. For our Sushi variations, we have not used rice, because we wanted to handle not polished rice and Sushi with whole grain rice do not succeed. Instead, we have refined spiced potato – and sweet potato puree in the nori sheets wrapped:

  • Vegan Sushi without rice (with potatoes, Avocado, nori sheets and Wasabi, bite give carrots and Cucumber slices)
  • Sweet potato sushi with Mandeldip (with sweet potato puree in nori leaves with Almond butter, almond milk and cilantro, seasoned with Tamari and lemon)

Vegan Minced Meat

Vegan meat products are nothing Special any more. We present below, therefore, only two recipes in the traditional cuisine, the minced meat is used. We grab for Bolognese to seeds of sunflower and almonds and make a vegan filling for stuffed cabbage rolls made of Tofu, sunflower seeds, and tomatoes – is topped with a homemade vegan cheese.

Also two vegan lasagna variations, we introduce you to:

  • Vegan lasagna (gluten-free, soy-hack-filling and vegan Bechamel sauce)
  • Vegan lasagna (with spelt pasta plates and green spelt Bolognese as a filling and also a vegan Bechamel sauce)

Vegan meat and vegan Tartar

Vegan tartare of eggplant, and even a vegan Mett is not a Problem: it’s hard To believe, but crumbled rice cakes with onion cubes and a refined seasoning lead to the desired result.

Vegan Bacon

The complete opposite of real bacon vegan bacon. While the real variant of the content is full and oily, hides behind vegan bacon only light rice paper, which is flavored in a special way. You eat the vegan bacon, so rather than interesting palate because as a nourishing food.

May Vegans imitate animal food or not?

It is often said that people who reject the animal food, these should not imitate. And if you do, then you should not name your imitations to the Originals.
