For family pizza night, buy a cheese pizza and let everyone add whatever toppings they please to just their slice. Pro tip: Add a little extra mozzarella and parmesan on top of the added ingredients; it will melt as the pizza cooks and help the extras stay where they belong.
Serve it by the slice (for one or a crowd)

Use a sharp chef’s knife to cut the frozen pizza as you please before baking. If it’s too frozen, just let it sit out while you preheat the oven. If you don’t want to cook the whole pizza, just seal up what you’re not cooking in a freezer-safe bag and put it back in the box. Bonus: This method also prevents the inevitable saucy mess that results from slicing a cooked pizza on the counter or a cutting board and makes a pizza bar so much easier — no more “Ewwww… Olivia’s gross green olive is on my slice!”
Make it a Mexican pizza

Turn a cheese pizza into a Mexican or taco pizza with your favorite Mexican-inspired toppings. It’s a great way to use up leftovers from taco Tuesday. Think chorizo or seasoned taco meat (or try black beans for a vegetarian pizza); black or green olives; and jalapeños, green chiles or chipotles. To keep the toppings on, sprinkle them with a little shredded Mexican-style cheese, then bake it as usual. When it comes out of the oven, slice it up and serve it topped with lettuce, tomatoes and maybe some crumbled corn chips. And don’t forget the salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Almost all frozen pizzas have instructions for baking directly on the rack for a crispier crust. But getting the cooked pizza out of the oven without burning yourself is practically impossible.
Buy cheap pizza screens to use instead or use a pizza stone if you have one (it has to be preheated in the oven). You could also just put it on a regular pan and lower the baking temperature about 25 degrees F and cook it longer.
Serve it up Caesar style

Dress up a white chicken pizza by baking it as usual and topping it with Caesar salad ingredients before serving. Toss romaine lettuce (if it’s not recalled this week) with a little Caesar dressing and freshly cracked black pepper and pile it on. Top it with shredded Parmesan and lightly crushed croutons, then drizzle on a little more dressing.

Leftovers? Skip the microwave

If you have leftovers, avoid that second-day soggy crust by steering clear of the microwave. Put the slices you want to reheat back on the pan, but instead of following the package directions again, reheat them in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F for around five minutes.
