Many women worry about regaining their pre-baby body after giving birth but Queensland fitness blogger, Tammy Hembrow, is inspiration to us all. She shared these amazing pictures on Instagram just two months after giving birth “it’s truly incredible what the human body can do.”
Tammy credits her toned stomach to ‘eating clean’ immediately after giving birth. She gave her Instagram followers an important message “To love yourself and your body in every stage in your life. Everybody is different and you should never compare yourself to others. But if you give your body the love, exercise, and nutrition it deserves, you will reap the rewards.”
The lifestyle coach credits a clean diet regime of mostly fruit and vegetables to her physique after only going back to the gym for the first time just one week ago.
