Recipe For Chia Pudding
Basic recipe
- 4 TBSP Chia seeds
- 300 ml of plant-Drink of choice, e.g. almond, soy or oat
- 300 g soy yogurt
- 1-2 TBSP maple syrup
For the berry variation
- 3 TBSP soy yogurt
- 100 g of frozen berries
- Maple syrup or other sweetener choice
For the chocolate variant
- 1 – 2 TABLESPOONS of cocoa powder strongly de-oiled
- 1-2 TSP Erdnussmus
- 1 banana, ripe
Preparation
- First of all, all the ingredients for the basic recipe in a bowl.
- For the chocolate version, now cocoa powder, Erdnussmus and a zermatschte banana and over night in the refrigerator.
- For the berry version of the basic mixture overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, the frozen berries in a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup and leave to cool. 3 TBSP soy yoghurt mix.
- Chia Pudding according to your preference with fresh fruit or a little cereal to enjoy.
The Chia Pudding can also be in its basic version, also 1-3 days in the refrigerator. He is also very good as a Snack or as a small but fine Dessert.
