Ingredients for 2 servings
For the Hummus
- 250 g thick white beans (drained net weight) – drain and drain
- 4 TBSP olive oil – cold pressed
- 1 TBSP Tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 organic lemon – 1 tablespoon juice and 1 teaspoon of abrasion
- 1 EL noble yeast flakes
- 1 TSP paprika powder
- ¼ TSP cumin
- Crystal salt
- Pepper from the mill
- 2 TBSP finely chopped coriander
- 1 TBSP finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Preparation time about 10 minutes
All the ingredients – except salt and pepper in a tall jug. Mix with a stick blender to a fine puree and season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy the Hummus, for example, as a bread spread or as a delicious Dip for vegetable sticks.
