White Bean Hummus

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the Hummus

  • 250 g thick white beans (drained net weight) – drain and drain
  • 4 TBSP olive oil – cold pressed
  • 1 TBSP Tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 organic lemon – 1 tablespoon juice and 1 teaspoon of abrasion
  • 1 EL noble yeast flakes
  • 1 TSP paprika powder
  • ¼ TSP cumin
  • Crystal salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 2 TBSP finely chopped coriander
  • 1 TBSP finely chopped parsley

Preparation

Preparation time about 10 minutes

All the ingredients – except salt and pepper in a tall jug. Mix with a stick blender to a fine puree and season with salt and pepper.

Enjoy the Hummus, for example, as a bread spread or as a delicious Dip for vegetable sticks.
