Alright keto fans—I know you’re already up to your ears in cauliflower, coconut, and jerky products, but I’ve got another healthy snack to put on your radar. Quevos, a new brand started by two 20-year-old childhood friends, makes egg white chips that have a full 15 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber per serving.
The chips come in three different flavors: Quevos Rancheros, Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper, and Sweet BBQ. They’re dairy-free and gluten-free with 2-3 grams of carbs and 120 calories per bag (for reference, most standard chips have between 15 and 20 grams of carbs for the same serving). They use ingredients like chia seeds, avocado oil, and pea protein for healthy fat and flavor, plus spices like cayenne pepper.

Nick Hamburger and Zack Schreier, the company’s founders and former collegiate athletes (they dropped out to focus on Quevos!), say the chips are meant to replace less fun high-protein snacks like protein bars. The friends got the idea after eating plenty of egg white crisps from the side of the pan—the best part, obviously—and realizing egg whites would make a great base for healthier chips.
For now, the chips are only available on Quevos’ website. They come in six packs and can be purchased as a mixed pack or by flavor.
