Ingredients
125ml coconut water
225g fresh baby spinach
1 large frozen banana, chopped
55g avocado
2 teaspoons lime zest (from 1 large lime)
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice (from 1 large lime)
2 or 3 ice cubes, as needed
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder, or to taste
Topping suggestions
Sliced mango, pineapple and/or banana
Coconut flakes

Method
In a high-speed blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired.
Pour into a bowl and add the toppings of your choice. Enjoy with a spoon!
