It just got even better to be enrolled in Sephora's Beauty Insider Program.
We're all in agreement that it's nice to have your shopping habit rewarded, especially if that shopping habit involves constantly scrolling through Sephora's website or perusing their stores in search of the latest and greatest in beauty. Luckily, Sephora understands this and wants to help us out. Today, the beauty retailer is announcing exciting new upgrades to its beloved Beauty Insider Program that will go into effect at the end of this month. The changes came about based on feedback and requests from Beauty Insiders themselves, so give yourself a pat on the back if you're one of those people who asked — and now received.
Sephora's long-standing Beauty Insider loyalty program was already pretty killer. As a reminder, the program features three tiers based on your yearly Sephora spending — Insider, which is free, VIB if you spend at least $350, and Rouge if you spend $1000 or more — with varying perks. But now, it pays even more to spend since VIB and Rouge members are going to be especially happy about these changes. Here's a sneak peek at what you can expect come August 14.
Points: VIB members will now earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent, while Rouge members will now earn 1.5. (The ratio for Insiders will stay at one to one.)
Rewards: The Rewards Bazaar (where you can trade in those points for rewards) will now have five times as many rewards at the 750+ point level, including two to three full-size products for VIB and Rouge members. Expect more reward options in general, with choices in color, hair care, skin care, fragrance, and even wellness. Rouge members will now also have the option to redeem 2500 points for a $100 Rouge Reward to use on their fave Sephora products.
Gifts: While members across all three levels receive a birthday gift, VIB and Rouge members will be able to choose either a gift or 250 extra points.
Profile Access: Keeping track of all these points and rewards will be easier than ever, thanks to streamlined and simplified profiles that make it easy to figure out your status, point totals, and potential rewards.
There will also be more benefits for all Insiders, think in-store beauty services (hello, hydrating facials) and beauty classes, and apparently, even more newness to come next year. Happy shopping!
