President Donald Trump had announced in September, “to want to be very strict” regulations – now, however, the sale of E-cigarettes in the United States is not so severely restricted as planned. In the future, the U.S. government wants to ban those models that are particularly popular with young people. Specifically, the E relates to cigarettes with pre-filled cartridges in flavors such as fruit and mint, informed the Supervisory authority of the FDA. After the expiration of a 30-day deadline, penalties that violate the prohibition of the sale threaten companies.
Thus, Liquids such flavors are different than originally announced will not be affected by which other E-cigarette can be filled with small Tanks themselves. The flavors of tobacco and Menthol is exempt from the restriction completely.
The justification for the announced ban on the FDA said that it would take action against the increasing E-cigarette use among youth, but also adult users of the invoice, wanted to get away with E-cigarettes from conventional tobacco products. Recently, the United States had raised the minimum age to purchase tobacco products and E-cigarettes from 18 to 21 years.
In the US, the death of dozens of people has triggered the use of E-cigarettes worry.
