Jack Fincham weight loss: How Love Island star shed 2st and 42% body fat in 12 weeks

Love Island 2018 winner Jack Fincham has showed off his impressive 2st weight loss following his split from Dani Dyer.

The 5ft 11 former stationary salesman shed 11 cm off his waist and 42% body fat after being told he was “clinically obese”.

He went from “dad bod” to six pack in just 12 weeks through Protein World’s Slender Plan.

Before deciding to embark on his weight loss journey he weighed in at 15st 12lbs.

“Their plan is so simple to follow, and I can easily fit it into my day and its my boxing training.”

Before deciding to lose weight he was unhappy this poor diet and lack of fitness.

The reality star realised he had to change his diet and head to the gym.

The 28-year-old set out to lose weight and get fit before his return to the boxing ring.

Jack was previously an amateur boxer, taking part in his first fight aged 14.
