The diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease is usually made if the symptoms are pronounced. Subtle signals the brain sends, however, already for a long time previously. Neuro-scientists at the University of Toronto have now discovered one of the early warning signs in sleeping patterns.
