This Is The Breakfast Jennifer Garner Swears By

Jennifer Garner has always been the epitome of kickarse-ery but she’s stepped it up a level while filming her new movie Peppermint, in which she plays a highly trained vigilante.

And during her prep, the mum-of-three has been working with celeb health coach Kelly LeVeque, who has got her hooked on an energy boosting smoothie that Jennifer says she’s had “everyday for breakfast since”.

The 45-year-old took to Instagram to share the stellar recipe with her followers writing: “Don’t be scared! It’s tastier than it looks!”

“2 scoops @primalkitchenfoods collagen protein powder (hot tip: I prefer the Chocolate Coconut Collagen Fuel)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter (if no one’s looking I use extra…?)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Handful of fresh spinach
Small handful of ice
Very small handful of blueberries (please see almond butter. Also true here.)

Mix all ingredients together in blender and enjoy.”
